Gulf High School

This position is the oldest position of German in Pasco County. Gulf High School has had German many years and plans to continue the program.

Gulf High School is looking for the upcoming school year for a German teacher, able to teach German 1 - 4 & AP.

It would be beneficial if that teacher would be also certified in another subject such as possibly English or Spanish.

University of Miami

The German program at the University of Miami is in need of a part-time lecturer for the Fall semester 2007. Specifically, we need someone who can teach our second-semester elementary course, GER 102, which meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:20-1:10 p.m. The textbook we currently use is Neue Horizonte, and we would expect chapters four through seven to be 'covered.' We will gladly provide a syllabus, but the instructor would be free to modify it. The compensation for the course is $2,700. Typically, there are between 10-12 students enrolled in this particular course, so the grading time would be commensurate with that.
